Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Grease & flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
Step #3 Have all ingredients at about room temp.
Step #4 In a large bowl, stir this together cake mix & pudding mix.
Step #5 Make a well in the center & pour in eggs, sour cream, oil & water.
Step #6 Beat on lowish speed until mixed.
Step #7 Scrape bowl, & beat 4 mins on medium speed.
Step #8 Stir in chocolate chips.
Step #9 Pour batter into prepared pan.
Step #10 Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Step #11 Allow to cool.
