Raspberry Brownie Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (21 oz) can raspberry pie filling .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 3 large eggs .
  • 1 (3 1/3 oz) package white chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix .
  • 1 (21 oz) package fudge brownie mix .
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream, divided .
  • 1/4 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare & bake brownies according to pkg directions,using eggs, water & vegetable oil & using a greased 13x9x2" baking pan.
  • Step #2 Cool completely on wire rack.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl, mix 1 c cream & pudding mix; stir for 2 mins or until very thick.
  • Step #4 In a small bowl beat remaining cream until stiff peaks form; fold into pudding.
  • Step #5 Carefully spread pudding mixture over cooled brownies; top this with pie filling.
  • Step #6 Cover up & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs before cutting.
