Step #2 Packet #1: mix together 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 tsps of garlic powder & 1 tbsp of chili powder.
Step #3 Packet #2: mix together 5 tbsps of chili power, beef bullion & chicken bullion, black pepper, 2 tsps of cumin, cayenne pepper, brown sugar & adobo sauce.
Step #4 Packet #3: mix together 2 tsps chili powder, 1 tsp cumin & salt.
Step #5 In a 4-quart pot, brown the ground beef.
Step #6 After browning, drain the meat.
Step #7 Add back to pot along with 1 can of beef broth & the tomato sauce.
Step #8 Place 1 jalapeno pepper & 1 serrano pepper in the pot.
Step #9 Bring mixture to a boil & add packet #1.
Step #10 Cover up & let simmer on medium-low heat for 1 hr.
Step #11 Remove peppers, squeeze juice into separate container & set aside.
Step #12 Replace lid & continue simmering meat mixture for another 15 mins.
Step #13 Add packet #2.
Step #14 Simmer, covered, for 30 mins.
Step #15 Add the juice from the peppers & packet #3.
Step #16 Cover up & let simmer for another 15-20 mins.
Step #17 Serve with sliced onions & grated cheese.
