Scrambled Egg With Spinach And Feta On Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 slices brown bread (wholemeal) .
  • 125 g feta cheese .
  • 15 ml extra virgin olive oil .
  • 3 large eggs .
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves (3 handfuls)

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the eggs together in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Cut the feta into small cubes & add to egg mixture.
  • Step #3 Put spinach leaves in a pan & drizzle with olive oil.
  • Step #4 Put the bread in the toaster.
  • Step #5 Once the spinach leaves are slightly cooked add the egg & feta mixture.
  • Step #6 Once cooked serve the egg, feta & spinach mixture on the toast.
