Step #1 Melt butter in a medium saucepan & add onion.
Step #2 Cook over med-heat/flame, stirring every once in awhile, until onion is softened but not transparent (about 2-3 mins).
Step #3 Add remaining ingredients (EXCEPT PEA PODS) & bring mixture to a boil.
Step #4 Reduce heat to a medium heat & add Pea pods.
Step #5 Cook until vegetables are tender (about 1-2 mins) & heated through or to desired crispness.
Step #6 NOTE: If you remove pea pods from freezer before you get started & let them sit on counter in package, they will defrost just a little & cooking time may shorten slightly.
