Ingredients
  • 1 small ripe peach, peeled & sliced .
  • 2 quaker maple brown sugar rice cakes .
  • 2 tsps sliced toasted pecans .
  • 2 tbsps sugar-free syrup, divided .
  • 2 oz fat-freem cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together cream cheese & 1 tbsp syrup in small bowl untio smooth.
  • Step #2 Spread mixture over Rice Cakes, dividing evenly.
  • Step #3 Top with Peach slices.
  • Step #4 Drizzle with remaining syrup; sprinkle with pecans.
  • Step #5 frozen sliced peaches may be substituted for fresh.
  • Step #6 defrost according to package.
  • Step #7 Serving size: 1 rice cake with topping.
