2 c fat free caramel apple dip (16 oz caramel ice cream topping would probably work also)
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step #2 Coat a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray (or line with sprayed foil wrap to help get them out of the pan after baking & make clean-up easier).
Step #3 Combine cake mix & oatmeal.
Step #4 Cut in peanut butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs.
Step #5 Beat egg sub with milk & add to crumb mixture, stirring until well mixed.
Step #6 Reserving 3/4 c of mixture, press remainder into bottom of pan.
Step #7 Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Step #8 Add caramel apple dip & beat until well mixed.
Step #9 Spread over crust.
Step #10 Sprinkle top with chocolate chips & reserved crumbs.
Step #11 Bake for 30 mins.
Step #12 Let cool completely; cut into bars.
