Ingredients
  • 2 tsps minced fresh cilantro .
  • 1/4 c low-fat mayonnaise .
  • 4 lime wedges .
  • cooking spray .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 1/4 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs .
  • 1 1/2 lbs sea scallops .
  • 2 tbsps minced celery

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 5 ingredients.
