Caramel Chocolate Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 30 g butter .
  • 1/4 c caster sugar .
  • 2 tbsps golden syrup .
  • 90 g butter .
  • 400F g sweetened condensed milk .
  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted .
  • 1 c plain flour

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to moderate.
  • Step #2 grease 2 twelve hole mini muffin pans.
  • Step #3 mix or process flour butter & sugar until ingredients just come together.
  • Step #4 press level tbsps of mixture into each hole in pan to make bases bake in oven about 10 min or til lightly browned.
  • Step #5 mix condensed milk, extra butter & syrup in saucepan.
  • Step #6 stir until smooth don't boil.
  • Step #7 pour hot caramel filling over hot bases.
  • Step #8 return to oven about 3 min.
  • Step #9 or til caramel begins to brown around edges.
  • Step #10 stand 2 min using a knife carefully remove tarts from pans cool.
  • Step #11 spread top of cooled tarts with melted chocolate stand til set.
  • Step #12 put in the fridge covered.
