Ingredients
30 g butter .
1/4 c caster sugar .
2 tbsps golden syrup .
90 g butter .
400F g sweetened condensed milk .
100 g dark chocolate, melted .
1 c plain flour
Directions
Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to moderate.
Step #2 grease 2 twelve hole mini muffin pans.
Step #3 mix or process flour butter & sugar until ingredients just come together.
Step #4 press level tbsps of mixture into each hole in pan to make bases bake in oven about 10 min or til lightly browned.
Step #5 mix condensed milk, extra butter & syrup in saucepan.
Step #6 stir until smooth don't boil.
Step #7 pour hot caramel filling over hot bases.
Step #8 return to oven about 3 min.
Step #9 or til caramel begins to brown around edges.
Step #10 stand 2 min using a knife carefully remove tarts from pans cool.
Step #11 spread top of cooled tarts with melted chocolate stand til set.
Step #12 put in the fridge covered.
