Sweet And Sour Meatballs With Marinaded Alien Brains Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) can tomato soup .
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts .
  • 1/2 (10 oz) can water .
  • 1 c Italian dressing or Catalina dressing .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c brown sugar .
  • 1 lb meatballs, homemade or meatballs, storebought .
  • 2-3 tbsps cider vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions
  • Step #1 day one steam or boil brussel sprouts until done (about 10 mins).
  • Step #2 place this in a bowl or zip lock bag with the salad dressing.
  • Step #3 I used about half of each.
  • Step #4 stir or turn as often as you remember.
  • Step #5 allow this to marinade overnight or at least 6 hrs the next day place meatballs in pot add in the remaining ingredients & let simmer for about 30 mins.
  • Step #6 strain brussel sprouts & add cook & extra 5 mins until warmed through.
  • Step #7 serve this with a side of pasta & salad & you are all set.
