Creamy Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz broccoli, cooked & finely sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 12 oz ricotta cheese .
  • 1 small onion, sliced .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1 (12 oz) box lasagna noodles .
  • 2 (10 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 1 green pepper .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil .
  • 3 c sliced cooked chicken .
  • 2 c mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 (12 oz) can mushrooms, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 spray cooking spray inside of large baking dish (13x9x2).
  • Step #3 cood & drain noodles.
  • Step #4 in a bowl, take cheeses (keep a little mozzerella out for the very top), with 3 eggs.
  • Step #5 in another pan- melt butter.
  • Step #6 cook sliced green pepper & onion in butter.
  • Step #7 remove this from heat & stir in the milk, pepper, soup, basil.
  • Step #8 put of the soup mixture in the bottom of baking dish to help from sticking.
  • Step #9 line a single layer of noodles in baking dish.
  • Step #10 take cheese mixture & spread ontop of the layer of noodles.
  • Step #11 (if your spread needs to be thinner, add a little milk to cheese spread).
  • Step #12 sprinkle some sliced broccoli on top next.
  • Step #13 put soup mixture on top.
  • Step #14 repeat layers until you are to the top.
  • Step #15 bake for 45 mins, take out & top this with remaining mozzerella cheese.
  • Step #16 bake for an extra 10 mins or until cheese on top is a melted.
