Danish Dessert Cake Mignon's Recipe / Sarah Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream .
  • 1 egg .
  • 4 3/4 oz junket danish dessert mix .
  • 8 oz cream cheese .
  • 1 egg white .
  • raspberries .
  • 2 c powdered sugar .
  • 19 oz frozen strawberries .
  • 1 1/8 c water .
  • 1/4 c oil .
  • 18 1/2 oz white cake mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Use a little more than half of the cake mix, add water, egg, egg white & oil.
  • Step #2 Bake as directed in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #3 Let cake cool.
  • Step #4 Mix the powered sugar with the cream cheese.
  • Step #5 Whip the whipping cream & fold into powered sugar & cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #6 Pour on cooled cake & put in fridge.
  • Step #7 Cook Danish Dessert according to package.
  • Step #8 directions.
  • Step #9 When Danish Dessert has cooled add fruit & put on top of cream cheese mixture.
