Cheesecake Lollipop Sticks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz) package white chocolate chips, melted .
  • 24 lollipop sticks .
  • 1 c caramel topping .
  • 1 (12 oz) package butterscotch chips .
  • 1/2 c pecans, finely sliced .
  • 1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, finely sliced nuts .
  • 24 oz cheesecake filling, PHILADELPHIA Ready-To-Eat .
  • 1 (12 oz) package toffee pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Freeze the Ready-to-Eat Cheesecake Filling until almost frozen.
  • Step #2 Place each pecans & walnuts in a separate shallow bowl or dish.
  • Step #3 Melt chocolates separately in a bowl in the microwave on 50% power, & then whisk until smooth.
  • Step #4 Melt butterscotch chips in separate bowl -- whisk until smooth.
  • Step #5 Melt Toffee bits in a separate bowl -- whisk until smooth.
  • Step #6 Heat caramel in a separate bowl in the microwave on 50 percent power, & whisk until smooth.
  • Step #7 With a melon baller, scoop cheesecake into balls.
  • Step #8 Insert lollipop sticks into cheesecake ball & stand upright on plate.
  • Step #9 Place in Freezer for about 10 mins to firm up again.
  • Step #10 Dip balls in either white chocolate or in caramel, & then roll in nuts to fully coat.
  • Step #11 Same with melted butterscotch & toffee bits.
  • Step #12 Place back in Freezer to firm.
  • Step #13 Can be left in Freezer stading upright & then taken out & put in the fridged until ready to serve.
