Step #2 Have on hand a muffin tin & line it with pleated paper or foil wrap baking c.

Step #9 Bake 25 to 30 mins or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step #12 In a small bowl using a hand mixer on medium speed, milk, beat the cream cheese & butter together until smooth, Add sugar, & vanilla & beat another 5 mins or until very fluffy.
