Ingredients
  • 500 g sugar snap peas (1 lb) .
  • 1/2 c sliced fresh mint

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash & chop the tips off the sugar snaps.
  • Step #2 Put 2.
  • Step #3 5 cm (1 inch) water in a saucepan put in the sugar snaps & bring to the boil -- boil on the highest heat for 1 min.
  • Step #4 Drain, add all the mint to the sugar snaps & toss well.
  • Step #5 Serve this as soon as possible.
