Ingredients
  • 2 c boiling water .
  • 2 1/2 oz alum .
  • 4 tbsps cooking oil .
  • 4-5 c flour .
  • 1 oz food coloring .
  • 4 tbsps salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Add food coloring, oil, salt & alum to boiling water.
  • Step #2 Stir in 4 c flour & knead.
  • Step #3 Continue adding small amounts of flour & kneading until dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  • Step #4 Store in airtight container.
  • Step #5 Can also add mint or strawberry or other flavoring to give a pleasant smell.
