Savory Crackers (gluten/casein Free) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum .
  • 1/2 tsp cider vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 2-3 tbsps soy milk, unsweetened .
  • 2 tbsps sunflower oil .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 3 tbsps sesame seeds, toasted .
  • 1/2 c brown rice flour .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1/4 c potato starch .
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda .
  • 2 tsps italian seasoning

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Preheat oven to 350F & grease cookie sheet, use parchment, or use a silicone baking mat (that is what I used).
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Mix together flours, gum, soda, salt, seasonings.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Mix together oil, honey, & stir in theto flour mix.
  • Step #7 Add sesame seeds, then milk & vinegar.
  • Step #8 Start with the 2 tbsps of milk, & see if you need that splash more.
  • Step #9 4.
  • Step #10 Roll out thinly, then use a cookie cutter to make into crackers (I used a small circle, about the size of Ritz).
  • Step #11 5.
  • Step #12 Bake for about 12 mins (they start to brown nicely, then flip & bake for about 4-8 more.
  • Step #13 Depends how thick you made 'em! 6.
