Egg Filling For Sushi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 2 tbsps sugar .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl beat all ingredients together.
  • Step #2 Heat a non stick or lightly oiled pan on a medium heat.
  • Step #3 I normally use a small frying pan to give me a 1/4 inch thick omelette.
  • Step #4 Cook until golden on both sides.
  • Step #5 Allow to cool & slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.
