Country French Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 c sliced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c French dressing
  • 1 c sliced walnuts
  • 1/2 lb shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb bacon - cooked & crumbled

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  • Step #2 Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • Step #3 Drain, crumble & set aside.
  • Step #4 In a large bowl, cream cheese, mix the bacon, Cheddar cheese & salad dressing.
  • Step #5 Mix together well & form into a ball.
  • Step #6 In a shallow dish, mix together the parsley & sliced walnuts.
  • Step #7 Roll cheese ball in mixture to coat.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate until chilled.
