8 slices bacon or turkey bacon or black pepper bacon or apple-smoked bacon .
4 crusty kaiser rolls, split .
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast .
red leaf lettuce .
2 tsps McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning .
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced .
1-2 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Step #1 Heat a big nonstick skillet over med-high heat; cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon, wipe excess grease from skillet, & return skillet to heat.
Step #2 While bacon is cooking, garlic, cumin, bell pepper, shallot, hot sauce, mix turkey, cilantro, thyme, serrano, & grill seasoning.
Step #3 Divide mixture into 4 equal mounds then form into patties.
Step #4 Drizzle patties with oil to coat; cook in skillet over med-high heat 5-6 mins on each side, until done, placing sliced cheese over the patties in the last 2 mins of cooking.
Step #5 Place cooked cheeseburgers on buns; spread sweet relish on bun tops & set lettuce into place using relish as “glue’.
Step #6 Top cheeseburgers with 2 slices bacon, cover with bun tops, then serve.
