Moist Low-fat Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • cooking spray .
  • 1 (14 oz) can low fat sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) .
  • 3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 4 egg whites .
  • 1/3 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #2 In saucepan, over low heat/flame, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk & cocoa.
  • Step #3 In large bowl, mix chocolate mixture & remaining ingredients.
  • Step #4 Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step #5 Bake 15 to 20 mins or until center is set.
  • Step #6 Cool.
  • Step #7 Store tightly covered at about room temp.
