Blueberry Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c confectioners' sugar .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, sliced .
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz) packages blueberry muffin mix (prefer Duncan Hines) .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 2 tbsps milk .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Grease a 12-c Bundt pan.
  • Step #3 Drain & rinse blueberries; set aside.
  • Step #4 Mix brown sugar, nuts & cinnamon; set aside.
  • Step #5 In a large bowl mix eggs, sour cream & water.
  • Step #6 Blend in muffin mix with a fork.
  • Step #7 Spread half of batter in pan; top this with half the sugar mixture & half the blueberries.
  • Step #8 Repeat, ending with muffin batter.
  • Step #9 Bake 50 mins.
  • Step #10 Mix confectioners' sugar & milk until smooth.
  • Step #11 Drizzle on warm cake.
