Step #1 Preheat oven 425.
Step #2 Mix all dry ingredients with the exception of the yeast.
Step #3 Make a small well in the dry ingredients & place the yeast inside.
Step #4 Pour the very warm water over the yeast & incorporate the mixture until you begin to form a dough.
Step #5 Knead until ingredients are fully incorporated, & the dough is no longer sticky.
Step #6 Immediately form (or roll out) your dough & place on greased pizza or cookie sheet.
Step #7 Brush the dough with olive oil.
Step #8 Bake for eight mins.
Step #9 Remove & brush edges with egg (gives color).
Step #10 Fill the pizza with desired ingredients & bake about another 8-10 mins.
