Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • salt .
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets .
  • 1/3 c soy sauce .
  • 1/3 c water .
  • 1/4 c oil .
  • lemon pepper .
  • 1/3 c brown sugar .
  • garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 season salmon with lemon pepper, garlic, & salt.
  • Step #2 In a bowl, brown sugar, stir this together soy, water & oil until sugar is dissolved.
  • Step #3 Place salmon In a large-ish ziplock bag & pour mixture on top.
  • Step #4 Seal & turn to coat.
  • Step #5 Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  • Step #6 Preheat grill for medium heat.
  • Step #7 Place salmon on lightly oiled grill & cook for 6-8 mins per side or until it flakes easy with fork.
