• salt & pepper .
• 1 c sour cream .
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef .
• 1/4 c breadcrumbs .
• 1/2 c sliced onions .
• 4 oz sliced pimiento .
• 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of celery soup .
• 12 oz wide egg noodles, slightly crushed .
• 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup

• Step #1 Cook noodles per pkg directions.
• Step #2 Brown ground beef & add onions cook slightly.
• Step #3 Mix noodles hamburger & onions in a 2 qt casserole dish.
• Step #4 Add the sour cream both cans of soup , pimentos & salt & pepper to taste Top with breadcrumbs I use panko.
• Step #5 Bake @350 til hot & bubbly.
• Step #6 Serve.
