Chi Tan T'ang (egg Drop Soup) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 8 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • 6 c hot water
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps distilled white vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, dissolve bouillon in hot water.
  • Step #2 Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water, & stir in theto bouillon.
  • Step #3 Add soy sauce, vinegar, & green onion.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #5 Gradually pour the beaten eggs into the saucepan while stirring.
  • Step #6 Serve at once.
