Irish Soda Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c Egg Beaters egg substitute .
4 tbsps butter .
1 c raisins .
1 1/3 c milk .
1 tsp salt .
2/3 c sugar .
1 tbsp baking powder .
1 tsp baking soda .
3 1/2 c flour

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
Step #2 Grease 8 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Step #3 Sift together dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step #4 Add in raisins.
Step #5 Combine eggs, milk, & butter.
Step #6 Add dry ingredients.
Step #7 Mix lightly only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Step #8 Turn batter into pan.
Step #9 Bake in pre-heated oven for about 50 mins.
