Step #1 Sprinkle top strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste.
Step #2 Heat vegetable oil In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame, brown beef strips.
Step #3 Transfer beef to crock pot.
Step #4 Crush & mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then stir in the cornstarch until dissolved.
Step #5 Pour into the crock pot with meat.
Step #6 Add red pepper flakes, green peppers, soy sauce, sugar, stewed tomatoes, onion, & salt.
Step #7 Cover up, & cook on High for 3 to 4 hrs, or on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
Step #8 ** If you would like to thicken the sauce for gravy, mix 1 TBS cornstarch with some water & stir in theto crock pot 1/2 hr before complete cooking time.
