Step #1 Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Step #2 Crumble 6 c of Doritos with your hands into a large mixing bowl.
Step #3 Add onion, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce & 1 -1/2 c cheddar cheese to the crumbled Doritos.
Step #4 Stir with a rubber spatula to mix.
Step #5 Place mixture into a 8 1/2 x 11 inch oven proof casserole dish.
Step #6 Bake for 30 mins at 375.
Step #7 Remove from oven & spread the sour cream over the top of the casserole with a large spoon or rubber spatula.
Step #8 Top with remaining Doritos.
Step #9 Then add about a 1/2 c of cheddar cheese.
Step #10 Bake for another 5 mins.
