Red Pepper, Feta And Garlic Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 19 oz chickpeas, rinsed & drained .
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled .
  • 2 garlic, minced (or 1 head roasted garlic) .
  • 2 red peppers, roasted, seeded & sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp hot red pepper sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chickpeas in food processor/blender & chop finely.
  • Step #2 Add red peppers & garlic; process until mixd.
  • Step #3 Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce & pepper & process until evenly distributed.
  • Step #4 Taste & season this with salt.
