Ingredients
6 c sliced potatoes .
1 c heavy whipping cream .
3 tbsps butter or margarine .
1 1/2 c plain yogurt .
3 tsps garlic & herb seasoning .
1/2-1 c sliced onions .
3 tbsps flour
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Peel potatoes & slice.
Step #3 Layer in lightly greased glass baking dish.
Step #4 Heat 3 Tbsp butter or margarin in saucepan over low heat/flame until melted.
Step #5 Blend in flour & seasoning.
Step #6 Cook over low heat/flame, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth & bubbly; remove this from heat.
Step #7 Stir in yogurt & whipping cream.
Step #8 Heat to boiling for one min, stirring constantly.
Step #9 Stir in onions.
Step #10 Pour mixture over potatoes.
Step #11 Lightly stir the mixture & potatoes together, making sure the potato mixture is spead out evenly in baking dish.
Step #12 Cover up & cook in 350 oven for 30 mins.
Step #13 Uncover & cook this until potatoes are tender, about 60-70 mins longer.
Step #14 Let stand 5-10 mins before serving.
