Parmesan Thin Crust Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c warm water (110 degrees F.) .
  • 2 c bread flour .
  • 1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 tsps fast-rising active dry yeast

Directions
  • Step #1 Add all the ingredients in the bread pan of bread machine.
  • Step #2 Process according to manufacturer's instructions for a dough setting.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile preheat the pizza stone or tiles to 450 degrees for 30 mins.
  • Step #4 Prepare your favorite toppings.
  • Step #5 When the bread machine has completed the dough cycle, remove the dough from the pan to a lightly oiled surface.
  • Step #6 Knead the dough several times & form the dough into an oval; cover with a towel & let rest for 10 mins.
  • Step #7 NOTE: Dough may be put in the fridged at this point & stored until ready to use.
  • Step #8 To store each batch of dough, spray a plastic bag with nonstick spray & place the dough in it.
  • Step #9 Store no longer than 7 to 10 days, or if frozen for up to 2 months.
  • Step #10 If put in the fridged or frozen prior to use, allow the portions to come to about room temp before they are rolled out.
  • Step #11 Roll & stretch the dough into a 14-inch circle.
  • Step #12 Place the dough on the prepared peel.
  • Step #13 Brush the dough with some olive oil & layer your ingredients.
  • Step #14 Bake for approximately 15 mins or until golden brown on the bottom & the top is bubbly.
  • Step #15 Makes 1 large pizza or 16 servings.
