Seashells' Dutch Pot Or Crock Pot Cheese Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Cheez Whiz (add after soup is cooked) .
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes .
  • 1/2 c carrots, sliced .
  • 2 c water .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce .
  • 1 c potatoes, sliced 1/2-inch inch .
  • 1 c celery, sliced .
  • 1/4 c breadcrumbs .
  • 1 lb hamburger .
  • 1 c corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix & shape into small balls.
  • Step #2 Mix in large Dutch oven pot.
  • Step #3 Mix all ingredients including meatballs.
  • Step #4 Stir carefully.
  • Step #5 Bring to boil, cover & let simmer on low until veggies are done, about 2 hrs.
  • Step #6 Before serving, add cheez whiz & stir carefully.
  • Step #7 May also cook in Crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hrs.
