Cracked Pepper & Flax Seed Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp mrs dash salt-free lemon & herb seasoning .
  • 2 tbsps flax seeds .
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper .
  • 8 oz light cream cheese (softened)

Directions
  • Step #1 In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, pepper, & seasoning with a fork until mixed.
  • Step #2 Divide into 2 balls.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl, put in one ball, put 1 tbsp flax seed, turning to coat all sides with seeds.
  • Step #4 Repeat with other ball.
  • Step #5 Wrap with plastic wrap, put in the fridge two hrs.
  • Step #6 serve this with crackers or vegetables.
