Hot Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked .
  • 1 (16 oz) jar salsa .
  • 1/4 c jalapenos, sliced .
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 2 (16 oz) bags cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil chicken breast until done.
  • Step #2 Allow chicken to slightly cool, then chop into small pieces.
  • Step #3 Combined sliced chicken with the two packages of softened cream cheese.
  • Step #4 Add in jalapeños.
  • Step #5 Place chicken mixture in a 9x13 dish.
  • Step #6 For the next layer add the jar of salsa.
  • Step #7 Top with shredded cheese.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Step #9 Two large cans of chicken can be substituted for the cooked chicken breast.
  • Step #10 It's not quite as good, however, when pinched for time it will work just fine.
  • Step #11 Adjust jalapeños to taste.
  • Step #12 This recipe also works great when served in the Pampered Chef deep dish baker.
