• any color food coloring paste (optional)
• 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 3 c confectioners' sugar
• 2 drops peppermint oil
• 1 tbsp butter, softened

• Step #1 In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, & confectioner's sugar.
• Step #2 Mix in peppermint oil.
• Step #3 Color as desired with food coloring paste, or leave white.
• Step #4 Roll mixture into small balls, & place on waxed paper.
• Step #5 Flatten with a fork dipped in confectioners' sugar.
• Step #6 Let dry for about 2 hrs on waxed paper, then freeze or put in the fridge.
