Ingredients
  • 2 plantains, sliced, ripe with black skins .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 1/8 tsp salt .
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine plantains, sugar & salt.
  • Step #2 Toss well.
  • Step #3 Melt butter in non-stick skillet & sauté plantains over med-heat/flame for about 5 mins, or until browned, turning to brown both sides.
