Beef Kabobs With Horseradish Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps horseradish sauce .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps good quality red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar .
  • 500 g beef rump, cut in 2 . 5cm cubes .
  • 2 tbsps port wine .
  • 60 ml olive oil .
  • 200 ml creme fraiche .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 4 tbsps horseradish sauce .
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced fresh rosemary .
  • 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine in freezer bag: beef, rosemary, worcestershire, 2 tbsps horseradish sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, & port.
  • Step #2 Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  • Step #3 Soak about 10 bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 mins.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, bring the meat to about room temp & heat a grill or griddle.
  • Step #5 Thread a few pieces of meat on each skewer & cook 3 mins per side (or until they reach desired doneness).
  • Step #6 Whisk together Crème fraiche, 4 tbsps horseradish sauce, & dijon mustard.
  • Step #7 Serve alongside beef skewers.
