Ingredients
  • 1/2 c vinegar .
  • 6 garlic cloves .
  • 1 large onion .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • red pepper flakes .
  • 1 (28 oz) can fire roasted tomatoes .
  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans .
  • 1 c brown rice

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop the onions & garlic sautee in olive oil.
  • Step #2 put beans & tomatoes & vinegar in pan & let simmer for 30 mins.
