- 2 tsps vanilla essence .
- 2 tsps lemon juice .
- 3/4 c brown sugar .
- 1 (250 g) container cream cheese, softened .
- 1 c sour cream .
- 1 (70 g) packet instant vanilla pudding
Directions
- Step #1 Beat cream cheese & brown sugar until smooth.
- Step #2 Add the sour cream, vanilla, milk & instant pudding mix, lemon jice, beating welll after each addition.
- Step #3 Cover up & hill for 1 hr or more.
- Step #4 Serve as a dip for fruit.
