Creamy Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsps sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 medium baking potatoes
  • Paprika
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Pierce potatoes & bake this at 375 degrees F for 1 hr or until tender.
  • Step #2 Cool.
  • Step #3 Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
  • Step #4 Scoop out the pulp & place this in a mixing bowl.
  • Step #5 Add butter, milk & salt; beat until fluffy.
  • Step #6 Beat in cream cheese & sour cream.
  • Step #7 Spoon into potato shells.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #9 Place on a baking sheet.
  • Step #10 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins or until heated through & tops are golden brown.
