Apple Cranberry Superb Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon juice .
1/3 c sugar .
1/4 c orange juice .
2 c fresh cranberries .
1/2 tsp ginger .
4-6 new york state apples .
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Step #1 Peel apples, cut out cores, seeds, & stems.
Step #2 Cut apples into small pieces.
Step #3 Put apples in pot & add orange & lemon juice.
Step #4 Cook over low heat/flame until apples are soft.
Step #5 Add cinnamon.
Step #6 Mash with fork.
Step #7 Stir in cranberries, sugar, & ginger.
Step #8 Cook until cranberries are soft.
