  • 12 English muffins, split & toasted
  • 1/2 c sliced green pepper
  • 12 lettuce leaves
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsps sliced onion
  • 1/4 c sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 12 thin slices tomato
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 2 tsps prepared mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first 11 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Top 12 muffin halves with lettuce leaves; spread with chicken salad.
  • Step #3 Top with tomato slices & remaining muffin halves.
