Ingredients
  • 3/4 tsp maple extract .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1 tbsp Splenda granular (no calorie artificial sweetener) .
  • 1/4 c low-fat cream cheese .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread .
  • 1 c egg substitute .
  • 2/3 c skim milk .
  • nonstick cooking spray .
  • 2 c apples, peeled & thinly sliced .
  • 1/3 c Splenda granular (no calorie artificial sweetener)

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 BLEND 1/3 c SPLENDA, egg substitute, milk, vanilla & maple extracts in a medium bowl.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 TEAR cinnamon raisin bread into small pieces (1x2 inches).
  • Step #5 Toss the bread & sliced apples with egg mixture in bowl.
  • Step #6 Coat bread evenly in egg mixture & pour this into prepared lasagne sized dish.
  • Step #7 3.
  • Step #8 CUT cream cheese into 8 chunks & place on top of strata.
  • Step #9 Blend remaining 1tbsp of SPLENDA & cinnamon together.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top over strata.
  • Step #11 4.
  • Step #12 Cover up & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #13 5.
  • Step #14 In the morning, preheat your trusty oven to 350'F & bake for 40 - 50 mins or until lightly browned & set.
