Step #1 Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over med-heat/flame.
Step #2 Cook leeks in butter about 3 mins, stirring frequently, until softened; remove this from heat.
Step #3 Cut enough bread into 1-inch cubes to measure 5 c.
Step #4 Mix bread cubes, leeks, chicken & dill weed.
Step #5 Spread bread mixture in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with cheese.
Step #7 Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cheese.
Step #8 Cover up tightly & put in the fridge at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs.
Step #9 Heat oven to 325°F Uncover & bake 50 to 55 mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Step #10 Let stand 10 mins before cutting.
