Tuna Pasta (cold) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 red onion .
  • mayonnaise (Light Mayo If Desired) .
  • 6 (6 oz) cans tuna .
  • 1 1/2 lbs cheddar cheese .
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas .
  • 1 bunch celery .
  • 1 (32 oz) bag large elbow macaroni .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 (10-12 oz) jar sweet pickle relish

Directions
  • Step #1 This recipe makes a lot.
  • Step #2 If you are feeding an army, great.
  • Step #3 If not, you can cut ingredients in half.
  • Step #4 Boil macaroni according to directions.
  • Step #5 While preparing macaroni, prepare other ingredients.
  • Step #6 Slice celery, chop onion, slice the cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Step #7 When macaroni is finished, place this in BIG bowl.
  • Step #8 Start off using about half of the macaroni & add more as desired.
  • Step #9 Mix in the rest of the ingredients along with salt & pepper.
  • Step #10 Now this recipe calls for a lot of mayo so you might want to use light mayo.
  • Step #11 I use a lot of relish because it makes it really sweet.
  • Step #12 The good thing about this recipe is that you can tweek it to make it taste the way you like.
