Beef Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps Worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese .
  • 1 1/2-2 tbsps horseradish .
  • 2 (2 oz) packages deli roast beef .
  • 4 tbsps minced onions

Directions
  • Step #1 The beef cold cuts, for sandwiches, have to be VERY thinly sliced.
  • Step #2 I use the 'Carl Buddig' brand, but often you can get a store brand for slightly less money.
  • Step #3 Cut the slices into little squares 1/4" - 1/2".
  • Step #4 Beat cream cheese with mixer to soften.
  • Step #5 By hand, mix in balance of ingredients.
  • Step #6 Place in the fridge to cool so that it can be shaped into a ball.
