Alaskan Parmesan Baked Halibut Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 3 lbs halibut steaks, 1-inch thick .
  • 1 dash paprika, to taste .
  • 1/4 c butter, softened, can use margarine .
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Place fish in a greased 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish.
  • Step #2 Combine the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dill, butter, salt amd pepper together & spoon over the fish.
  • Step #3 Cover up & bake this at 375 degrees F.
  • Step #4 for 20 mins.
  • Step #5 Uncover & sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step #6 Continue to bake, uncovered, for 10-15 mins or until fish easily flakes when touched with a fork.
