Bbq Broccoli And Cauliflower? My Son's Recipe! Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced in 12 pieces (red or green) .
  • 1 large vidalia onions, cut into 24 pieces .
  • 12 button mushrooms .
  • 2 tsps dried thyme .
  • 1 oz fine sliced garlic .
  • 6 oz yellow squash .
  • 6 oz zucchini .
  • 12 large cauliflower florets .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • the marinade .
  • 8 oz vegetable oil .
  • 1 tbsp salt (I'd use Sea Salt) .
  • 12 large broccoli florets .
  • 12 cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes .
  • The Vegetables .
  • 4 oz rice wine vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the marinade & set aside.
  • Step #2 Cut zucchini & squash to 1/2" semi circles.
  • Step #3 Blanch & refresh zucchini, onion, squash, cauliflower, broccoli & pepper.
  • Step #4 Drain thoroughly, & mix, with mushrooms into marinade.
  • Step #5 Allow to soak for 30-45 mins.
  • Step #6 Spear onto soaked bamboo skewers (with tomato's!).
  • Step #7 Grill at high heat until done, turning frequently.
