1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans or navy beans, rinsed & drained .
1 red bell pepper, sliced .
1 (19 oz) can black bean soup .
6 jalapenos, sliced
Directions
Step #1 In a slow cooker (aka crockpot), bell peppers, garbanzo beans, onions, baked beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, corn, mix black bean soup, jalepenos & mushrooms.
Step #2 Add garlic, chili powder, & salt.
Step #3 Cook for at least two hrs on High.
Step #4 Alternatively, cook vegetables in a small amount of oil In a large-ish pot on medium heat for 10 mins; add all other ingredients, bring to a simmer & cook 1-2 hrs until flavours have mixd & vegetables are soft.
